Training & Community Development
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Rohrr mark is working with NGO’s, Colleges and communities to develop the community members residing were the company is involved in projects. We are also in partnership with a couple of colleges in terms of work integrated learning.
The company has been involved in many community projects i.e. Lawley community food gardens, recycling in Diepkloof and clean up campaign at The Constitution Hill with MOSDA, MPM, etc. We are developing various construction skills in Marlboro and the community of Alexandra together with God’s Vision Royal trust
Community members employed in our project are encouraged to participate EFFECTIVELY when the company is training people as part of Community skills development.
We aim to develop and impart skills in the youth for more years to come.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
The company has been involved in community development projects with non profit making organizations like Dan Tshanda Foundation, SASMMEXPO, MOSDA, MZA CODE, SACBONET, MPM ,Mishumo Madaba foundation, GOD’s Vision Royal Trust, Rankhu Country Agri Estate and etc.
Our mission as a company is to develop progressive communities and to support and develop South Africa to a sustainable country with sustainable jobs. Rohrr mark has been involved community projects like recycling, Energy saving, Agriculture, Co-operative development, youth and women empowerment, talent search, Art and other promotions etc.
